Exceptionally friendly place to visit 2 km away from Lakeland Maze Farm Park. Location: good and handy, very close to Kendal, buses to other parts of the lake district and the Lake District. Also, in a lovely green area. English bar with warm drinks. Exceptional meal and excellent service.

The staff here were outstanding, the location is fantastic, and our room was spacious, quiet, and had hot drinks available in the bar.
